Even though I hate waiting these Chronicles are worth it. Eh, em... (What is coming should seem obvious) No complaint, just a point of order, you had three groupings of the dreaded "as." I feel like I am nitpicking. Good job.

Not with me at least. I have definitely become more alert for the dreaded "as". Yeah, I figured that it would be a little obvious who the dark character was. I wasn't so much trying to hide his identity as trying to build some suspense at the end of the chapter since this chapter had no real conflict in it. Sorry Volt. Didn't mean to pick on your skulls.
