My life's been somewhat complicated for the past few months, and I've been concentrating so much on recovering from the Great Aspeger's Collapse of 05'/06' I let this project fall by the wayside. Besides what I said above, I hadn't intended it to be as long as it got, and after three parts I still had a lot of ground to cover and didn't know how to go about revealing key pieces of background information about my characters. I couldn't see in my mind the details of how it was going to end.
But now that my counseling sessions have started to become routine, it's starting to come to me. I should be ready to continue my story soon, and I think we can all agree it's about time.

I don't have writer's block.
I have "I know what I want to do but am still working it out in my noggin" block!
Its tough coming up with spectacular 'whoa...cool' moments!

Ok, I just sent in part 4 of this thing, and a screenshot of Armorbound for the art section. I'm also going to try to post the first three parts on the official site over the course of the weekend and see what the CoH community in general thinks of it.
It's good to be back.

I feel ya Spectre. I haven't been having block issues so much as burnt out issues. After Of Pain and Hate, and working thru some of Ock's details on Not the Hero, I haven't done much with my CoH story.
However, it is getting to be about time to finish my last piece. I'm on Chapter 9 or 10 of it, can't remember, but have a lot to do yet.
That, of course, takes a back seat to finishing everything with The Camera Eye and getting it out to publishers. I've finished my part, my brother has finished his, now we're just waiting for some feedback and considering sending it off to our editor before publishers.
I'm pretty stoked about all that though!
