great story
i liked the way it was written... gave it a sence of realism
it was also filled with alot of humor and that was good
i thought it was funny that he related seeing a hero to have an encounter with god... i guess if id never seen a hero before.... i MIGHT think it was a little more
as i said... great story
the end really makes you think

This was a neat insight into those citizens that the heroes protect.
I can't help, but wonder if J was beginning to go mad though in his cell. I could almost see him starting a life of crime from that donut shop incident.
Ah, what could have been.

Thank you for your kind words, I had a lot of fun writing the story.
Yes I too believe he would have gone a little crazy had his life not been snuffed out so quickly and brutally. I often wonder what the simple lives of teh citizens would be like as I fly over their heads and protecting them as I would place akin to the way God watches over us, if you share that belief. So it only made sense that a simple person such as J would think a mighty man with a booming voice could be God on earth.
It was intended to be a t-i-c story and I'm glad it generated a laugh or two
