VuDu DawL Sidekick Joined: 17 Dec 2007 Posts: 64 Location: State of Confusion	Posted: Sun Mar 02, 2008 11:29 pm    Post subject: Humor...10 Reasons....   10 Reasons why making a Hero is better than making a BABY Reflecting back upon Adara's "creation" made me think about the comparison between creating a character in CoH, and creating a child in real life.....just a bit of tongue in cheek humor: Why Creating a New Hero is Better than Creating a Child- 1. When you create a new hero, it doesn't involve watching the calendar, or using a Basal thermometer. It can happen at any time. 2. You get to pick ALL the options for a new hero, including their gender! 3. You can't create a baby with angel wings, or horns. 4. The process of creating a new hero doesn't involve three months of heaving into your bedside trashcan. 5. Creating a hero can take hours of enjoyable configuration and stimulating thought to come up with a good design and back story, and you can do it by yourself if you want to. Creating a baby is usually over in minutes, requires help, and the actual task is usually forgotten long before you find out what you've done. 6. You aren't going to gain sixty pounds and bloat like a Macy's parade balloon while you are creating your hero. 7. It isn't going to hurt like %#$@ when your hero arrives into the world. 8. Your new hero isn't going to wake you up to nurse at 4 am. 9. Your hero won't bug you to borrow the car, or borrow your best pumps without asking and bring them back missing a heel. 10.
